What are the shipping options?
Usually we use courier delivery, so the order will be delivered to your address. If you prefer to use parcel machines we deliver via DPD and Omniva parcel machines.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
No taxes if you order from Estonia or any country of European Union.

When will I receive my order?
Usually delivery takes 5-7 working days. If you have any questions on delivery, please contact costumer care info@kaekellad24.eu

What do I do if I never received my order?
If we can’t fulfill your order you will receive refund. 

What do I do if I received a defective order?

We are Estonian company, located in Tallinn. Please note, that we have only Internet store.
